02 / Your agreement
A plain working relationship.
When you commission Pershore Dispatch, the agreed proposal and these terms form the service agreement. The proposal should set out the project brief, price, deadlines, revision rounds, delivery format, and any rights agreed for the finished audio.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal clearance of material you supply. We take reasonable care with production work, yet timings can move when approvals, source files, or third-party permissions arrive late.
